Considerando que a escolha do hotel foi por um budget, onde passamos somente uma noite, posso afirmar que nos atendeu muito bem, até além das expectativas. Equipe muito prestativa. Café da manhã muito caprichado. Sentimos que não havia vaga no estacionamento e tivemos que deixar o carro alugado na rua. Não indicamos para uma estadia mais prolongada, pois estávamos em dois adultos e um adolescente num quarto e acaba sendo desconfortável pelo seu tamanho e pelo box do chuveiro sair direto no quarto.

Tivemos um contratempo com a reserva, pois o Hoteis.com não repassou nossa reserva para o Íbis Budget, isso gerou um desconforto, atraso no check-in. Porém foi resolvido pela equipe do hotel. Hotel conta com 3 elevadores, porém só 2 estavam funcionando e um deles não parava no nosso andar(9 andar), então ficamos com apenas 1 funcionando. As toalhas não eram trocadas, tivemos que descer na recepção pra buscar, e não tinha toalhas disponíveis, nos falaram que tiveram algum problema com a lavanderia. Café da manhã é OK, nada demais, os quartos são bons e a equipe bastante educada.

Hospedagem excelente, equipe tranquila, pró-ativa, educada. Hospedagem estratégica do ponto de vista da localização, próximo a pontos importantes da cidade, café da manhã excelente, apenas um probleminha na estrutura do quarto, na porta do banheiro, faltava uma canaleta na porta de vidro, o que escorria um pouco de água ao tomar banho, então o tapete, ficava sempre molhado, tendo a necessidade de enxugar após o banho. Fora isso tudo excelente. Recomendo, ótimo custo benefício. Não utilei o estacionamento, mas é amplo e satisfatório, além de seguro!
