Embora na descrição do hotel aqui por esse site, diga aceitar pet, o mesmo não aceita, porém, nos colocaram num quarto do fundão, onde nem a porta fechava, mas como iríamos passar praticamente só a noite, aceitamos, sob a condição de irmos embora cedo para evitar estresse do proprietário que não gosta de cachorros. Reportamos à recepção que não havia sido equívoco meu, como alegaram, de que o hotel era pet friendly, mostrei o anuncio no site e até tiraram fotos da tela da oferta de acomodação.

Fiquei hospedada no andar térreo, ao lado da recepção e café, muito barulho dos hóspedes a noite. Ao realizar o check-out, foi cobrado valores indevidos de produtos de bebidas que provavelmente eram de outro quarto, onde não fizeram o controle e computação do que realmente foi comprado do meu quarto. Ao mais, café da manhã muito bom, e a localização atendeu a minha demanda.

No hotel, com crtza o diferencial são os funcionários, altamente solícitos e atenciosos. Ponto negativo: mesmo reservando cama de casal foi colocado 2 de solteiro, pois ficava um vão no meio da cama, o q interferiu na qualidade do sono. Outro aspecto negativo do quarto foi a quantidade de tomadas, sendo insuficientes, apenas livres uma disponível prox cama e outra no banheiro; Outro ponto é a acústica, sem nenhum isolamento de som, então dava para ouvir todo barulho de fora, então quem tem sono leve acorda muito cedo com os barulhos ocasionados. O café foi simples, no entanto, contemplou, porém, pelo preço da diária esperava mais. Poderia ter mais opçoes, senti falta do basico, por exemplo, um iogurte, e, alguns itens quando acabava não tinha para reposição, o que aconteceu com bolo. O local tem grd potencial, mas tive a percepção de ser mal administrado, pois o que víamos era os funcionários fazendo diversas funções ao mesmo tempo, ocasionando uma sobrecarga aos mesmos e desvio de função (os funcionários da recepção tinham q dar conta também do café da manhã --limpezas de mesas, ver o que tava faltando, solicitar pedido como tapioca e cuscuz, fazer check-out, atender telefones, cuidar da recepção--, que inclusive o cafe fica no mesmo espaço da recepção; as pessoas que preparavam o cafe eram as mesmas da limpeza), ou seja, poucos funcionários para a demanda. Espaço é prox praia do futuro e shopping Iguatemi e Riomar.

Eu achei a estadia boa.O quarto inicial achei pequeno, porem por causa de problemas na pia do banheiro fomos mudados de quarto e o tamanho do segundo era bem mais confortável.Achei o cfe da manhã normal, sem muitas variedades.Para nós o maior motivo da esolha foi a localizacao.
