It is an old building falling apart. This hotel unfortunately falls short of expectations, particularly when contrasted with the polished images presented online. While the front desk staff showed commendable hospitality, that was the extent of the positive experience. The condition of the rooms was disappointing, with issues such as uncleanliness, torn curtains, an odorous mattress, and dirty windows. Although the breakfast selection appeared adequate, the refusal to prepare fresh scrambled eggs and opting instead for microwaving the morning's leftovers was a letdown, exacerbated by the cook's unfriendliness. The hotel's swimming pool, despite boasting a stunning view, was marred by murky water that obscured the bottom and surrounded by low-quality plastic furniture. Additionally, the delayed opening of the pool further detracted from the experience. The early closure of the restaurant and bar was a significant inconvenience, limiting evening options. An incident involving a denied request for enjoying a bottle of wine by the pool due to an impending area closure, despite previous assurances of accessibility, was particularly frustrating. Ultimately, our stay was underwhelming, leading us to spend the majority of our time elsewhere, including dining at local restaurants in Cumbuco and visiting another beach club. A notable inconvenience was the difficulty in securing transportation from the hotel, as both Uber and other taxi services were unreliable in this location.

O quarto estava limpo, bem arrumado. Os funcionários foram bem atenciosos, foi o que fez eu permanecer (por uma noite). O banheiro do quarto que me instalei era bem abaixo do esperado. Descarga com limitação no uso da água, do jeito que nem poderia usar o vaso pra um "n°2“. O café da manhã de muito baixa qualidade. Se não fosse a hospitalidade dos funcionários que estavam trabalhando bem, seria nota 2... Espero que melhorem.

A pousada tem tudo para ser 3 estrelas, porém falta mais atenção em quem eles colocam na recepção, a atendente no dia que cheguei, não era nenhum pouco cortez, bem ríspida e sem muita vontade de ajudar. Quando o hospede é sem educação até vai, mas fui bem leve e suave nas perguntas e cheguei muito animada no local, pois era algo que queria conhecer há algum tempo. Porém a primeira impressão que tive no atendimento já tirou bastante minha expectativa. O local não possui um lugar para guardar as malas, o cliente que quer aproveitar o beach club, tem que levar as malas junto com eles até dá o horário do check-in, o quarto estava com uma parte da janela despencando pedras de cimento, a piscina dos quartos com vista e piscina estava bastante suja, água turva e areia e as Piscinasdo Beach club da mesma forma, o lençol de cama é bem fino, o café da manhã com pouca variedade. A parte boa: O chuveiro tem um boa pressão, ar-condicionado gela bem.
