Loved the style of Pauli, beautiful interior and breakfast was great. Unfortunately the building is not sound proof. There were people in the courtyard late and kids running through the hall after 11pm. Didn’t sleep well due to all the noise. Bathroom in suite could have also been cleaned better, especially the white grout.

Pool area and restaurant are in excellent condition and well designed. Food was superb!! Beds were on the harder side, but room was clean and spacious. Accommodating staff, definitely recommend!

Alguns pontos ruins que podem ser melhorados e outros que talvez não. A localização do hotel não é boa. Não há recuo para carros na entrada e fica perigoso entrar e sair de carros (taxis ou Uber). Há apenas uma tomada no quarto, sugiro colocação de um sistema tipo relógio com diversas tomadas. O pessoal do café da manhã não é atencioso como o esperado para um hotel dessa categoria. Há poucas opções de refeições no restaurante. Não há, durante o dia, alguma pessoa na piscina para serviços alguma bebida ou snacks.

O hotel tem tudo pra ser nota 10, mas peca em coisas simples. Ao descer do carro com malas, dois funcionarios da recepção viram, uma moça de oculos e um rapaz de barba, eu chamei pra ajudar, mas ele se fez de desentendido e entrou. Ou seja , tive que ir la, abrir a porta e subir a mala, já que não há uma rampa de acesso, esse rapaz trabalha na má vontade, tudo enrosca. - Aspectos da acomodação, a recepção tem cheiro de bolor insuportável. - O restaurante tá muito fraco de opções. - banheiro com limo de uma limpeza ineficiente - cobram por toalha pra levar na praia, ridiculo isso.

Problemas sérios com estacionamento e área de fuma

O hotel possui uma boa infraestrutura, entretanto, a ausência de estacionamento próprio ou convênio com o supermercado vizinho é um grande problema para quem se hospeda com carro. Durante minha estadia, tive que pagar R$70,00 por diária para estacionar no supermercado Pão de Açúcar. Além do custo elevado, há ainda o inconveniente de que o estacionamento fecha às 21h45 — após esse horário, o carro precisa ficar na rua, onde houver vaga. Um total descaso com o hóspede. O hotel deveria oferecer uma solução concreta, como convênio ou estacionamento próprio. Inclusive, fui informado no local de que, dependendo da quantidade de diárias, o hotel pode custear parte do valor. Caso isso seja verdade, é inaceitável haver esse tipo de seletividade, sem critérios claros ou transparência. Outro ponto extremamente negativo foi a permissão para fumar nas dependências internas do hotel, inclusive próximo à piscina — única passagem até o restaurante onde é servido o jantar. Isso compromete o conforto de quem não fuma e demonstra falta de sensibilidade com os demais hóspedes. Diante disso, não voltarei a me hospedar no hotel e recomendo que viajantes com veículos reflitam bem antes de reservar, pois o hotel claramente não demonstra empatia com seus hóspedes.

O hotel poderia ser bem melhor

O hotel é bom, mas a acústica do quarto que ficamos era muito ruim. Fomos acordados quase todas as noites da estadia por barulhos de outros hóspedes. Reclamamos com a equipe do hotel, que foi solícita, mas argumentou que não havia alguém hospedado logo acima de nosso quarto e não conseguiram localizar. O hotel também já tem algumas avarias tipo marcas no corredor. Para um hotel que pretende a ser de uma categoria mais alta esperava bem mais.

Melhor opção em Fortaleza

Excelente opção em Fortaleza. Tudo novo e limpo. Poderia melhorar toalhas dos quartos (ásperas) e blecaute vaza muita luz por cima e pelas laterais (poderia aumentar o bandô e colocar velcro para grudar na parede) Mas nada que deixe de ser a melhor opção da cidade.
