Loved the style of Pauli, beautiful interior and breakfast was great. Unfortunately the building is not sound proof. There were people in the courtyard late and kids running through the hall after 11pm. Didn’t sleep well due to all the noise. Bathroom in suite could have also been cleaned better, especially the white grout.

Pool area and restaurant are in excellent condition and well designed. Food was superb!! Beds were on the harder side, but room was clean and spacious. Accommodating staff, definitely recommend!

Alguns pontos ruins que podem ser melhorados e outros que talvez não. A localização do hotel não é boa. Não há recuo para carros na entrada e fica perigoso entrar e sair de carros (taxis ou Uber). Há apenas uma tomada no quarto, sugiro colocação de um sistema tipo relógio com diversas tomadas. O pessoal do café da manhã não é atencioso como o esperado para um hotel dessa categoria. Há poucas opções de refeições no restaurante. Não há, durante o dia, alguma pessoa na piscina para serviços alguma bebida ou snacks.

O hotel tem tudo pra ser nota 10, mas peca em coisas simples. Ao descer do carro com malas, dois funcionarios da recepção viram, uma moça de oculos e um rapaz de barba, eu chamei pra ajudar, mas ele se fez de desentendido e entrou. Ou seja , tive que ir la, abrir a porta e subir a mala, já que não há uma rampa de acesso, esse rapaz trabalha na má vontade, tudo enrosca. - Aspectos da acomodação, a recepção tem cheiro de bolor insuportável. - O restaurante tá muito fraco de opções. - banheiro com limo de uma limpeza ineficiente - cobram por toalha pra levar na praia, ridiculo isso.

Hotel acolhedor , intimista e decorado com extremo bom gosto. Atendimento excelente em todos os setores e sentidos . Todos muito gentis e solícitos . Café da manhã espetacular e atende a todos os gostos e paladares. Os quartos simples e justos . Atende ao que se propõe. Recomendo demais. Uma atenção especial Sra. Francisca que prontamente nos atendeu quando chegamos. Fiz a reserva de um quarto triplo e achamos que estava um pouco apertado para nós e meu filho, então prontamente ela nos indicou o quarto quadruplo que super nos atendeu, fica de sugestão, se o filho(a) for maior que 12 anos recomendo quarto quadruplo por conta do espaço e mobilidade .

Hotel lindo e com ótima curadoria de decoração. Café da manhã bom. Porém pecam muito na manutenção das suites: paredes da suite sujas precisando de pintura, banheiro pequeno e sem apoio para utensílios dentro do box (estava com os apoios mas nao havia a bandeja). O ar condicionado foi mal posicionado pois gelava uma parte do quarto mas a outra era muito quente. Estacionamento fora de funcionamento, tivemos que parar no supermercado ao lado.

PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO

Já estive neste hotel por 3 vezes. Mas outras oportunidades tive uma boa experiência, porém nesta, tive uma péssima estadia. Fui a Fortaleza para prestar uma prova importante. Reservei um quarto casal com cama queen.A atendente nos alocou em um quarto com 3 camas de solteiro.Solicitei que ela atendesse ao que estava em minha reserva, mas ela informou que constava para ela a reserva de um quarto triplo. Mostrei meu recibo de reserva e pedi para que ela me mostrasse a reserva que aparecia para ela, mas esta se negou de forma grosseira. O outro atendente viu todo o constrangimento, mas não fez nada, pelo contrário, foi grosso também. Já passava das 21h quando a atendente ligou para o quarto que havia nos colocado informando que havia conseguido um quarto com cama queen. De todo modo, isso nos causou um estresse desnecessário. O quarto em que fomos alocados de última hora, estava com o banheiro sujo, em especial o vaso sanitário. Não tinha sabonete e o dispenser de shampoo estava vazio. Como feedback, digo que há necessidade premente de reciclagem de funcionários, pois os recepcionistas não tem condições de lidar com situações deste tipo.

A higiene do hotel é muito ruim, quartos cheios de cabelo, sujeira e odor no banheiro, toalhas e cobertores em péssimas condições. Atendentes sem atenção e nada agradáveis. Uma completa decepção. Café da manhã muito fraco para o prospero no site. Uma pena.
