O AP é bom, mas os colchões sao ruins e eletrodomésticos sao antigos. Persianas precisam ser trocadas. Localização é perfeita, ao lado da praia. Podiam deixar ao menos um detergente e bucha na pia.

A comunicação com o responsável pelo imóvel, foi rápida e clara. O problema é o estado do apartamento. Está bem desgastado, com móveis antigos. Além disso, o imóvel está com cupins nas portas e móveis do closet. O ar condicionado do quarto principal, funcionava bem, porém o filtro está bem sujo, o que faz dar cheiro na hora de utilizar o equipamento. O ar condicionado do quarto secundário, também estava em funcionamento, porém o controle remoto está com o visor quebrado, o que dificultava ver em qual temperatura estava ligado o aparelho. O sistema de iluminação é bem escuro, onde na sala está com apenas uma lâmpada, com brilho baixo. A varanda estava sem iluminação, pois a lâmpada estava queimada. Em geral, a estadia foi boa, mesmo com essas observações citadas acima. Apartamento com bom tamanho e conforto, com boa ventilação e muito bem localizado.

Localização é excelente! O prédio é muito bom, piscina muito boa e segurança ótima! O apartamento é bom, bem ventilado, tem tudo que precisa. Ponto negativo: O apartamento tinha poucas tomadas disponíveis. O receptor da TV estava com mal contato e não consegui ligar mais de uma vez. E a maçaneta da porta estava folgada e às vezes caía. Mas gostei muito da minha estadia, voltarei mais vezes.

O apartamento está muito danificado, os móveis estão com muitas avarias , tem uma vista bonita da sacada, mas o imóvel e seus utensílios estão bem ruins , ressalto por exemplo que não tinha o mínimo para se lavar um copo como sabão líquido uma esponja ou um guardanapo. Como ponto positivo ressalto o silêncio do local e a localização .
