The room was clean, but the air conditioner kept shutting off. Our room was very hot all the time. The elevators were always crowded, and the customer service was not very helpful. The food was okay. For the price they charge, the service should be much better.

Não recomendado Praiano Hotel

Infelizmente, minha experiência no Praiano Hotel foi decepcionante e não condiz com o padrão esperado de um hotel 4 estrelas. Logo na chegada, após um voo cansativo, fomos ignorados pela recepção. Estávamos aguardando para fazer o check-in quando uma hóspede desceu para o checkout e passou à nossa frente. Em vez de organizar a ordem de atendimento, a equipe simplesmente ignorou nossa espera e a atendeu primeiro, demonstrando total falta de atenção. O hotel conta com apenas dois elevadores pequenos, o que é insuficiente para o número de hóspedes, especialmente no horário do café da manhã. As longas esperas pelos elevadores se tornaram rotina, e a única alternativa era usar as escadas. As toalhas disponíveis no quarto eram de qualidade bastante inferior ao esperado para a categoria do hotel — finas e desgastadas, destoando completamente do padrão prometido. No rooftop, há uma piscina pequena, mas não há nenhum tipo de controle de acesso aos elevadores. Com isso, é comum ver hóspedes molhados utilizando os elevadores, o que deixa o chão completamente encharcado e escorregadio — uma falha grave tanto em conforto quanto em segurança. Diante de todos esses pontos negativos, não recomendo o Praiano Hotel. Há opções mais bem preparadas e com melhor atendimento em Fortaleza, especialmente dentro da mesma faixa de preço e categoria.

We arrived and the AC was not working properly. Long wait at mornings to go down for breakfast because they only have 2 small elevators for 200 rooms. Food at Fornaia restaurant is good but you will have to wait between 30-45 min to receive your order after confirming it.

O hotel é otimo, bem localizado, manutenção e limpeza impecável , cafe da manhã maravilhoso. Sempre ficamos no hotel quando vamos a Fortaleza. Atendimento meio indiferente e grosseiro por parte da funcionária que fez o nosso checkout. Estava claramente irritada com alguma coisa e foi bem grosseira quando pedimos para deixar as malas guardadas para irmos almoçar no restaurante do próprio hotel. Não perguntou nem ao menos como foi a nossa estadia. Servico bem insatisfatório por parte dela. Demais funcionários do hotel e do restaurante bastante solicitos e gentis.
