Nice hotel but not so nice neighborhood.

Hotel staff was very friendly, most spoke English (every concierge spoke English clearly.) Hotel is located in Praia do Futuro, which is not the greatest area in Fortaleza. Hotel was very clean, pool was very well maintained as were the hotel grounds. Good security, taxis were always ready in front of the hotel and if you did not want to go out at night, the hotel had a good menu and would have a local restaurant deliver your meal to the lobby. Breakfast can be purchased at the hotel across the street, and there was one or two restaurants as well (which closed at 5:00pm.) Other than that, you will need to take a taxi every time you want to leave for an evening out as Praia do Futuro is a run down area.

Sun Residence

Bom hotel. Quarto amplo e banheiro grande. Área da piscina muito bonita, de frente para o mar. O único ponto negativo foi o quarto não ter cobertor, apenas o lençol da cama. O hotel não oferece café da manhã; há a opção de comer no hotel ao lado (Vilá Galé), porém em alta temporada/feriados a demanda aumenta muito e o café torna-se quase uma maratona, pois fica muito cheio.

Não recomendo.

Lado bom: Tamanho do quarto e cama. Lado ruim: muito barulho, fedentina horrível no corredor, wi-fi gratuito super lento, não trocam as toalhas diariamente (sobretaxa diária de 90 Reais), atendimento amador. Por esse preço dá para ficar em um hotel de rede. Paguei porque pensei que fosse um flat de luxo, mas parece mais com um bloco de apartamento de pessoas de baixa renda.

Próximo a praia, mas eu fiquei em quarto de fundos

Gostei somente da proximidade com a praia, mas o hotel não tem café da manhã e me colocaram em um quarto de fundos, sem vista , o cartão da fechadura , estava com problemas, ficávamos uns 20 minutos tentando abrir a porta, informamos na recepção, mas não foi solucionado.

Um bom local para se hospedar.

Um bom local para se hospedar, porém se precisar de algo extra como: lençol ou coxa para frio, paga uma taxa de 15,00. A limpeza diária paga-se um valor fixo durante toda estadia 90,00. Mas um local bem limpo e confortável. Não tem café da manhã, mas eles têm uma parceria com o Hotel Vila Gale que é em frente. Vc pode tomar café da manhã lá por um valor menos ao que eles cobram 26,00.

ótima infraestrutura, pena não ter café da manhã

Hotel muito bem equipado, ótima área de lazer, espaço kids, academia e o espaço e infraestrutura dos quartos são maravilhosos. O único problema foi que o Vouche de boas vindas diária, que foi informado na hora da reserva que teria, não foi dado em nenhum dos dias e os funcionários não sabiam sequer dizer o que era isso. .

Confortável - custo beneficio

De forma geral o hotel é muito bom. Peca bastante na limpeza dos banheiros e na falta de informação. Não possui café da manha, a taxa de limpeza é 90,00 e se vc opta por nao pagar tem que pedir um cobertor no valor de 15,00 para nao passar frio a noite. A localização é boa devido ficar próximo da Crocobeach e Chico do carangueijo, porem devido a periculosidade do bairro não é possível fazer nada a pé.

hotel limpo e local agradável

A hospedagem foi boa, ficamos em quarto com vista para o mar. Tinha varanda muito agradável, onde tomávamos café todos os dias. A piscina era muito grande e sempre limpa. Utilizamos a sauna também e não tive o que reclamar. A Dona Vera todos os dias chegava com o café, sempre sorridente e alegre. Estacionamento coberto. Tivemos só 3 dias que o quarto não foi arrumado, mesmo que solicitado. E única vez que utilizamos a jacuzzi, não estava aquecendo.

Adoramos o hotel, a recepção, os funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos. Sentimos falta de serviço de cozinha, especialmente a noite, mas nada que tenha atrapalhado nossa estadia.

Hotel aconchegante e muito confortável!!

O Hotel é muito aconchegante, muito limpo, organizado, e com funcionários educadíssimos. O café da manhã é servido no quarto, e me surpreendeu!!! Café farto, fresquinho e simplesmente delicioso!!!!!! Ahh, não poderia deixar de falar na limpeza, que envolve inclusive os itens de cama e banho. As toalhas são gigantes, com um cheirinho de limpeza que dá vontade de ficar cheirando o tempo todo!!
