Just needed a place to stay for a couple days. Vila Azul is comfortable and modern but not luxurious. Location is good, near beach but not on beach. Good neighborhood. Good value for price.

Ótima localização

Passamos apenas duas noites, mas suficiente para perceber o bom atendimento dos funcionários. Estão instalando elevadores, o que vai melhorar ainda mais o conforto. O café da manhã é razoável, mas a presteza da equipe torna satisfatória a experiência.

Você encontra no hotel o que precisa, café da manhã, também tem restaurante e outros tipos de refeições e bebidas. Fica próximo a praia, farmácia, restaurantes...As pessoas são muito atenciosas. Embora tenha uma estrutura física antiga, não possui elevador, mas as outras vantagens são muito boas.

Hotel antigo, trocamos de quarto 3 vezes. Cama ruim, café da manhã normal, área da piscina boa, hotel está em obras. atendentes muito educados. Localização ótima.

Pra ficar na ruim tem que melhorar muito !

Pra não usar palavreado ruim, simplesmente não indico. Lençóis e travesseiros manchados, quarto pequeno, madeira dos móveis antiga. Banheiro com o vaso sujo de um líquido amarelo (que não era detergente). Boxndo chuveiro de você não for magrelo você entra raspando em todos azulejos. Chuveiro você escolhe as gotas que quer tomar banho. Café da manhã básico do básico. Hotel instalando elevador, então em obras. Corredor pequeno e desconfortável. Tem que subir escada pro quarto. Único ponto positivo é a localização, nada mais. Era pra ficar 5 diárias e fiquei só uma pq cheguei de madrugada e não tinha outra opção.

Os funcionários são cordiais e prestativos, porém as acomodações deixam muito a desejar. O Banheiro fede a esgoto, além de ser sujo!! A parte do banho é tão apertada que mal dá para banhar, e precisa ficar se esquivando das paredes do banheiro porque os rejuntes das cerâmicas têm um crosta de sujeira! Eu mal consegui banhar, fiz o check-out no outro dia e fui banhar em outro hotel. No portal da porta do banheiro, que é de madeira, tinham baratas que ficavam entrando e saindo, e no "pé" da porta tinha uns resíduos das baratas. Realmente foi uma experiência péssima.
