Not well-maintained.

First of all, I like to say, the people checking us in at the office were great and very polite and helpful. However, the unit we rented was sorely outdated and not comfortable. With many broken dishes, dirty floors, and outdated beds we were not very comfortable during our stay. Additionally, we were unable to cook, because the stove was so old. The indicators were all rubbed off, so we did not know how to use the stove (high, versus low settings). I was disappointed overall with the condition of the unit. This felt like a place that younger people, mighr rent in their college years but it was not a positive experience for my family. Again, the people at the office were very helpful, but they had a little ability to improve our situation. We really enjoyed our time at the beach and in the city shopping.
