Grounds (shared with owner and other properties on-site). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. Situated in an elevated position with sea views, is this well-proportioned two bedroomed detached cottage. On the ground floor is a well-appointed kitchen, a spacious living room with stunning views towards Fort George and a dining area. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a kingsize bed and the second with twin beds, both served by a family bathroom. Outside there is a garden area and parking.

The property is located near to Chanonry Point which can be seen from the cottage, this is one of the best places in Europe to watch bottlenose dolphins. The whole area is a mecca to wildlife, including pine martens, buzzards, roe deer and otters.

The owner who lives on-site is always on hand to help and advise on the spectacular walks around the lodges. The area is ideal for cycling and walking and is steeped in local history. The nearby villages of Fortrose and Rosemarkie offer a superb selection of public houses serving food, and a range of shops providing provisions and gifts. Beach 2 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 3 miles.
