Holiday Home Torre Rossa is a wonderful, fully modernly renovated villa for rent located a few kilometres from the town of Fosdinovo, in Tuscany.

This area, just at the border with Liguria, faces the beautiful Tyrrhenian Sea with a view from La Spezia till Livorno and in some days you can see also a piece of Corsica.

The castle of Malaspina dominates the landscape in Fosdinovo, which extends widely in all directions. Many olive groves and woods lie between the associated nearby villages of Caniparola, Carignano and Giucano.

The holiday home is located at only 9,9Km from the beaches of Marinella di Sarzana and on the way to them, are all needed stores and shop such as a supermarket, Pharmacy, Bars and Restaurant and also a small grocery store at 300 metres from the house.

The road leading to the house is comfortable except for the last 300 Meters where you drive on a narrow, downhill and dirt road. Any small or medium sized car (ex. Honda Accord, Dacia Duster) manage to pass without problems. However, it is not recommended to arrive with large cars and/or too low ones.

Once arrived at the house, you realize to be in a dream place because there is no traffic (no noises) and classic Tuscan nature with a wonderful Sew View.
It's just the perfect place for a relaxing holiday.

You can park car just next to the house, directly on the property. There is no gate or fence (not needed).
The fully private garden is divided onto several terraces with many kinds of plants and trees where in-between you can find a bench or a hammock for a nap in the shadow or just to enjoy the sea shining under the sunlight.

At the end of the garden is the fully private swimming pool (5,50m x 2,7m, 1,3m deep) with two terraces, sun loungers, gazebo and stairs leading directly to the house.

The holiday home for rent in Tuscany is internally divided into 3 floors:

Ground Floor:
- A fully equipped kitchen with: induction cooktops, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, professional cooker and professional coffee maker, dining table for 6 People.
From the Kitchen you can reach the Veranda with a large outdoor sofa, dining table and gas-barbecue all with great sea views.
By closing mobile glass walls on all three open sides, this veranda can be transformed into a living/dining area in a few simple steps, providing protection against mosquitoes, coolness and wind when required.

- From the kitchen you reach a small bathroom with walkthrough shower, basin and toilet.

- Directly connected to the kitchen, with sliding door, is a living/bedroom with a double sofa bed and a large glass door facing the garden and the Sea.

First Floor:
- Living room (main entrance) with sofa bed, Sat Tv, small working desk, wood oven, glass door with sea view leading to the terrace.

- Large terrace with views and terrace furniture.

Second Floor:
- Bedroom with double bed and a fantastic balcony with sea panorama, which you can enjoy here as a couple and a glass of wine.

- Bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet and basin.

The holiday home Torre Rossa is covered by free Wifi Internet and has heating (against payment) for the colder days.
Pets are not allowed and it is not recommended for too small kids if not constantly supervised.

The following might be to be paid extra: Bed Linen and Towels (initial set), Final Cleaning, Heating, Late Arrival, Refundable Security Deposit in cash.

As a guest of this villa, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
