location was excellent, we had bad experience with kettle. I guess somebody used that with tea inside and wasn't clean luckily, I checked it prior to bowl, so had to use microwave instead because it was late night. but next day Belinda changed the kettle.
I suggest the management to open an entertainment area and cafe as well, ppl come for holidays not to stay inside the room, kids require some activities.... I have seen other places which attracts more visitors. Please carry a lot of food as you only can find pubs around.
Property was clean and exactly as expected. Had a really comfortable night there - staff very helpful to reopen my room after our son left his phone behind.

Friendly and fast service from the moment we arrived. The room was comfortable, exactly as described, and set in a nice, quiet location. Everything was clean and reasonably well maintained. Also appreciated how close it was to town – very convenient without the noise. Would happily stay again!

I liked how friendly and accommodating the staff are, they were welcoming and very easy to communicate with
Nice unit for a few nights while we were in the Prom area. Big room, comfortable beds. Older style bathroom, could have done with an update. Couldn't get heater to work, no staff at reception to ask about this. Walking distance downhill to centre of town.

Great location and plenty of parking, rooms are clean and great size but some are showing their age and could do with an upgrade. Staff very friendly and it is a pity that their restaurant is closed.
Nice location surrounded by nature. Very clean and comfortable room equipped with everything you need for an overnight stay.
Not a fan on the having a defunct spa bath in the room - the space could be used for something more functional.
The property was clean and it had all the basic things provided. The location is quite good as its about 45 mins away from Wilson prom. Its all highway driving.
There are some cafes located just about 2 mins drive from the property where you can grab a quick bite for brekkie or lunch.
Keep drinking water handy as there are no stations to fill drinking water from. There is no coles or wollies. There is Foodworks from where you can buy things from if required.
As far as the property is concerned, the room was clean and tidy. Fresh towels were provided already. There was microwave, toaster, kettle, and itoning board. Coffee sachets, tea sachets, and milk sachets were provided.
The outside area is good for a quick walk and just to sit and relax.
The check in time is from 2 - 6pm. Expedia says its around 10pm. We arrived around 8 and there was no one at the reception. We had to call the number provided and keys were arranged for us.
