Located in Fouesnant, in the heart of southern Finistère, this furnished house welcomes you for a comfortable stay away from the village, in a calm and verdant environment. Ideally designed for 4 people, it features an unfenced garden, an equipped terrace, and a barbecue to fully enjoy the beautiful summer days. Just 3 km from the superb beaches and Mousterlin point, you will also be close to the famous GR34 coastal path, perfect for walks facing the ocean. Whether you are a hiking enthusiast, enjoy water activities, or are simply seeking relaxation, Fouesnant will seduce you with its marine landscapes, local specialties, and friendly atmosphere.
Push open the entrance door and discover a spacious living area of over 50 m² occupying the entire ground floor. The kitchen, open, modern and fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher), provides you with everything necessary to cook as if at home. For your breakfasts, you will also find a pod coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster. Share your meals around the dining table for 4 people, or enjoy the outdoor terrace during nice days. In the evening, gather around the decorative fireplace, in the cosy living space, equipped with a comfortable sofa, a coffee table and a television. An independent toilet completes the ground floor.
