Pleasant house, ideal for a family vacation, perfectly peaceful in a wooded environment, 800m from the sea, the beautiful Cap Coz beach and the pretty coves of Beg Meil, as well as coastal paths.
The south-facing terrace allows you to enjoy the pretty, enclosed garden, from breakfast until dinner.
You will have easy access on foot to the Cap Coz nautical center and to the municipal tennis court.
From the house, you can also reach by bicycle:
- the Balneides aquatic center (5 minutes away)
- the center of Fouesnant 2 km away, with its shops and market,
- Beg Meil and departure for the Glenan or Concarneau archipelago,
- Mousterlin,
- Penfoulic cove, nature observatory,
- Bénodet with its beaches, its shops, its casino, its spa, the Odet golf course,
- La Forêt-Fouesnant with its fishponds, the Cornouaille golf course, Port la Forêt.
Adult and children's bikes as well as children's scooters and a stroller are available
