Fonctionnel et bien placé

L’appartement est trĂšs fonctionnel, propre . TrĂšs bien placĂ© . Proche des commerces et Ă  2 pas des sentier cĂŽtier pour faire de belles balades au bord de mer . Pour un sĂ©jour en octobre je recommande un logement en Ă©tage afin d’avoir un vue dĂ©gagĂ© .

L'interressant est l'emplacement et les demoiselles qui s'occupent de la rĂ©ception sont vraiment cordiales et sympatiques. Par contre se retrouver avec une grue face a ces fenĂȘtres avec les nuissances sonores qui vont avec, sans avoir Ă©tĂ© prĂ©alablement prĂ©venues, ce n'est pas terrible... La propretĂ© de la chambre reste Ă  dĂ©sirĂ©. En plein Covid, nous n'avions aucun produit de nettoyage Ă  notre disposition dans la chambre, nous avons du en acheter pour faire le mĂ©nage. Menage qui n'avait pas vraiment Ă©tĂ© fait Ă  fond prĂ©cĂ©demment puisque nous avons retrouvĂ© des oeufs de PĂąques sous le canapĂ©.

A notre arrivĂ©e un dimanche l'accueil Ă©tait fermĂ© et l'hĂŽtel pas prevenu de notre arrivĂ©e. La situation a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©glĂ©e assez rapidement aprĂšs un coup de tĂ©lĂ©phone au numero d'urgence (hotesse trĂšs sympatique) , mais nous avons eu une grosse dose de stress... La situation de l'hotel est excellente (commoditĂ©s et ballades Ă  proximitĂ©) , mais nous aurions aimĂ© savoir qu'il y avait des travaux juste en face du balcon (grue et nuisances sonnores). Pour ce qui est du duplex, renseignĂ© pour 7 personnes, rien n'est prevu pour ce nombre (chaises, armoire, vaiselle, frigo...). Cet etablissement annoncĂ© 4 Ă©toiles , n'en mĂ©rite pas plus que 2. (Vieillot, taches sur les murs, moisissure dans la baignoire, moquette dans la chambre qu'il est impossible d'aspirer correctement du au manque de place, abat-jour des lampes brulĂ©s, trĂšs mauvaise insonorisation... ). Grosse dĂ©ceptions Ă©galement, nous n'avions aucun produit de nettoyage/dĂ©sinfection mis Ă  disposition dans l'appartement , alors que nous sommes en pleine Ă©pidĂ©mie COVID-19. Pour ce qui est de la piscine, nous ne savons pas juger, car nous n'y sommes pas allĂ©es. Coursives et communs trĂšs propres. Petite info, machine Ă  lessiver et sĂ©choir Ă  disposition moyennement respectivement 4 et 2€. Ainsi qu'un local Ă  vĂ©los fermĂ©.

Mobilier de qualité et propre. Sols et surfaces lisses trÚs propres. Seul bémol : moquette dans la chambre du duplex à remplacer par sol plastique. Séjour agréable aprÚs check-in compliqué

Nous avons passĂ© une nuit au domaine des GlĂ©nan. La rĂ©sidence est Ă  taille humaine, l'appartement que nous avons occupĂ© Ă©tait spacieux et propre. Nous avons cependant eu un problĂšme lors du check in. Nous avions rĂ©servĂ© un logement avec "vue piscine". Or, le premier appartement qu'on nous a attribuĂ© Ă  notre arrivĂ©e se situait certes, cĂŽtĂ© jardin, mais au rez de chaussĂ©e, plutĂŽt sombre, et la "vue piscine" se rĂ©sumait Ă  un petit aperçu latĂ©ral, depuis la terrasse (et non de l'intĂ©rieur de l'appartement), qui, de plus Ă©tait sale. Je suis retournĂ©e Ă  la rĂ©ception oĂč la responsable m'a dans un premier temps soutenu que j'avais rĂ©servĂ© un logement "cĂŽtĂ© piscine" et non "vue piscine". Elle a en vain tentĂ© de retrouver la preuve de ses dires en recherchant ma rĂ©servation, sans y parvenir...et pour cause...AprĂšs un Ă©change quelque peu tendu, un autre appartement, au premier avec une vraie vue piscine cette fois, nous a finalement Ă©tĂ© attribuĂ©. Je regrette d'avoir eu Ă  insister et surtout, que ma parole ait dans un premier temps Ă©tĂ© mise en doute. AprĂšs ce premier contact plutĂŽt dĂ©sagrĂ©able, nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© notre sĂ©jour. DerniĂšre remarque : On nous demande de rendre la cuisine propre, ce qui est normal, mais il serait bon de fournir au moins produit vaisselle, Ă©ponge et torchon. Si cela n'est pas possible pour des raisons sanitaires, prĂ©venir le rĂ©sident serait judicieux. (pour notre part, nous avions prĂ©vu le kit...heureusement)

dans l'appartement il n'y avait qu'un four Ă  micro onde, avec un grill ne serait pas du luxe. The bedroom windows of the apartments are oriented towards the circulation area, which means the curtains are closed all the time; no natural light and ventilation is problematic. The master bedroom is so small, it is hard to get in and out of bed. Something I last experienced on Khao San Road as a backpacker and did not expect in Britanny. The childrens beds are in the hallway directly next to the entrance. The "imprenable" view of the village is actually quite forgettable. The pool area is small for the number of apartments. Thinnest possible walls; some dirt or growth in the bathroom. Overall it seems the main objective was to squeeze the maximum number of apartments into the available space, with little regard for the inhabitants.

Nous avons été trÚs bien accueillies, le personnel a été à l'écoute, disponible et serviable. La résidence est trÚs bien entretenue et bien située avec un parking privatif appréciable. Un seul bémol, l'absence de rideaux de voilage pour la baie vitrée avec un vis à vis avec les passants pour notre logement situé cÎté rue. Je suis trÚs contente de notre séjour dans cette résidence.

Great location - very near beach and restaurants.

Beach and restaurants very close. Less than 10 minute walk to grocery shop. Property well maintained and clean. Great pool area. Secure parking. Helpful staff. Lovely little town (village ). Popular holiday destination but definitely not crowded.
