Come stay in our peaceful setting located between a creek and a spring, down in the holler! Once inside, enjoy the space we have worked hard to create.
The main floor is open concept through from the living room to dining and kitchen. The master bedroom is complete with its own bathroom and tile shower!
A unique floating staircase reaches up to the loft area where a large sitting room and dorm style sleeping area combine. Lots of room to play games!
Our 1200 sq’ spacious log cabin sits on 10 acres and has an open concept main floor with a well stocked kitchen, 6 chair dining room and living room featuring a gas fireplace.
A separate coffee bar has K Cups and a drip coffee maker with Local Fresh Roasted Coffee!
There are 2 bathrooms on the main floor, one in the main area and one in the master bedroom. The master bedroom is spacious with an extra wide barn door entry. One couch in the living room can be turned into a queen bed.
A custom built floating staircase reaches to the 600+ sq’ loft area which is all an open room with a queen bed (super comfy!), sitting area with another Futon for sleeping, and a 4 in 1 foosball table.
At the front entry we have a large covered porch where you can sit on rocking chairs and listen to the creek flow just across the drive. A propane grill is provided on the porch for your use. We also have corn hole boards on site, as well as board/card games to use inside the house.
Mini Split A/C units are used upstairs and down for climate control. There is a road right close to the house which is used by two neighbors and local farmers during the day. You may notice them drive by at different times but usually it’s pretty quiet. This cabin is located a few hundred feet from Hwy 100 at the bottom of a hill, and if a truck has their jakes on it can echo through the valley. All in all a very peaceful setting, and we hope you will find it so!
The road which goes right past the house is used by a couple neighbors who live behind us so be sure to park on our drive and not the road so they can get through. If possible please stay on the gravel and off of the grass. Thankyou!
