Nice hotel, fairly priced. Attentive team. Only issue is the lack of walkable restaurants and bars. Very convenient for road connections and a short drive to Huntington Beach.

It was clean but weird, no ice machine on the first floor so you had do get in the elevator and go to the second, for whatever reason we were placed in handicapped room (we’re not disabled) and they don’t allow you to take their free breakfast back to your room. Which, for our non-morning people was a big let down. They also weren’t clear about the key in the port for the lights thing. So originally we just thought our lights didn’t work. Because no one told us about it at check in.

One of the nights the room door just refused to open, the property called maintenance staff and we had to hang out by the lobby for 30 mins. The maintenance staff replaced the batteries and we were able to get in. I wish they did regular maintenance checks on the property, we wouldnt have had to hang out by the lobby with two sleeping kids.

Simple request for an adjoining room was not honored. Hotel was rented out to a bunch of young girls and families for a softball tournament. This should have been disclosed to me. I wasn't able to enjoy the pool and it was nonstop running and screaming in the hallways. Very disappointed.

Mr. Matthew and his staff were excellent and very personable. I have never met a hotel manager that was so attentive to their guests and the included breakfast was the best I’ve had. Would definitely recommend!!
