Called for early check in, Iwas advised to show up at 2pm for early check in. I showed up and was told my room wouldn't be ready until 4pm, they said they would call me if the room was cleaned earlier than 4. I show back up at 4 and front desk advised me that the room wasnt clean and wasnt going to be clean so they gave me another room. This room had olumbing issues in the tub so twe asked for another room due to us having to get to our reservations on time. As i was picking up the new room keys the gentleman at the front desk slammed the keys on the desk and had an attitude when i asked if the room was the same quality as the previous room, and he advised the room i had was perfect. So we got our keys and went to the new room. First time out of the 5 previous times we visited and had these types of problems. Customer satisfaction should be main priority. Unfortunately, we were treated poorly.

The staff was great! The room however smelled old and the freeway noise was loud. Lots of slamming doors from other rooms throughout the night and not well-insulated so hard to sleep.

The first day I called them to check in late 8pm because the flight arrive late. Then they gave me a room on the next building on first floor that has awful smell but we were so tired and we had to unpack and try to sleep over the night . But the smell was so bad that we could not sleep. The carpet and furniture are so old . The door of the bathroom got stuck and could not slide to close properly. The second day we asked to switch room and finally they gave us a room in the primary bldg that is pretty decent , but there is NO elevator and we seniors people had to carry luggage upstairs. . Reminded me of a motel in third world country. I contact Expedia to cancel it and book another hotel nearby but they could not do anything !!! So disappointed!

The room itself was fine, but we had construction outside of our room for a few hours on a Sunday, starting at 10pm. Usually we can sleep through anything, but it was so loud! We finally called the front desk around 1130 and they said the only thing they could do was switch our room, which we didn't want to deal with that late. Not sure why they put us in a room so close to construction (that they did mention later that they were aware of) if there were other rooms available.

There were bugs. I’m nearby and had to stay because I had some work done on my house. When I unpacked my own pots and pans, there were lingering pests in it. I threw out the whole bag and all the pots and pans. I have no idea what kind of bugs they were. They were black but I had never seen this before. Way bigger than what bed bugs would look like. But not as big as beetles.
