Beautiful apartment in the Residence Les Terrasses de Fort Boyard with swimming pool, suitable for 4/5 people, on the 1st floor with sea view. It includes a living room with kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, shower room, WC, a mezzanine with sleeping area, a terrace of approximately 17 m². Kitchen equipment: fridge, ceramic hob, microwave, electric coffee maker... Beds: 2 x 140 and 2 x 90. Leisure equipment: terrace furniture, TV, WIFI... Surface area: 62 m². Swimming pool open from July to August. NEARBY: Opposite the South beach, 200 m from the pedestrian street, and all shops. Bus station: 250 m, Bus stop G and J opposite, SNCF train station: 6.3 km, Rochefort thermal spa 15 m away. TO BE PAID upon arrival: €500 security deposit for the rental, €100 for cleaning, and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival: sheets €12 per bed per week, set of 2 bath or beach towels €12 per week, set of 2 bath mats €7 per week, kitchen linen (2 tea towels and 2 hand towels) €7 per week.
