Located in a quiet area and a few steps from the North beach, charming 21 m² cottage fitted out for 2 or 3 people. It includes a living room, a kitchen, a mezzanine, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. A garden and a sheltered terrace. Kitchen equipment: washing machine, oven, coffee pod machine... Sleeping: a 140 cm bed on the mezzanine or sofa bed (sleeping on the floor when unfolded). Comfort elements: television, garden furniture, deckchair, ... SNCF train station: 6.3 km, Rochefort thermal baths 15 minutes away. TO BE PAYED upon arrival: security deposit of €400 for the rental, €70 for cleaning, and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival: sheets €12 per bed per week, set of 2 bath or beach towels €12 per week, set of 2 bath mats €7 per week, kitchen linen (2 tea towels and 2 hand towels) €7 per week. Cleaning: €70. The rental is granted for a stay that begins on the day of arrival from 4:00 [hidden] and ends on the day of departure at 10:00 [hidden] at the latest.
