On the ground floor, it includes: an entrance/living room. Upstairs: a fitted and equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a TV, a bathroom with WC. Kitchen equipment: gas stove with oven, extractor fan, microwave, coffee maker... Leisure equipment: flat screen TV, nearby Public WIFI (Place de la Mairie). Equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. TO BE PAYED upon arrival: security deposits of €400 for the rental, €70 for cleaning, and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival: sheets €12 per bed per week, set of 2 bath or beach towels €12 per week, set of 2 bath mats €7 per week, kitchen linen (2 tea towels and 2 hand towels) €7 per week.
