On the raised ground floor, entrance hall, living room, fitted and equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, WC and shower room. Kitchen equipment: fridge-freezer, washing machine, gas hob, coffee maker... Comfort elements: flat screen TV... Leisure facilities: garden furniture, barbecue, parasol... Bedding: 1 bedroom with 1 x 140, 1 x 90 + baby bed, 1 bedroom 1 x 140, 1 x 90 in mezzanine bed. Courtyard with vehicle access on the street side, garden at the back of the house. Surface area: 95 m². Located 50 m from the South beach and 300 m from the city center. TO BE PAID on arrival: security deposit of €600 for the rental, €150 for cleaning, and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival: sheets €12 per bed per week, set of 2 bath or beach towels €12 per week, set of 2 bath mats €7 per week, kitchen linen (2 tea towels and 2 hand towels) €7 per week. À deux pas de l’océan

Jolie maison à deux pas de l’océan (plage sud) et du centre de Fouras. Idéal pour visiter les environs (îles oleron, île aix, fort boyard, La Rochelle, etc…). Très propre et bien équipée. La positon de la terrasse et le manque d’ombre ne permettent pas vraiment son utilisation. Un atout : les jeux de société qui ont beaucoup plu aux enfants !

Du soleil, de la marche, un petit restaurant et farniente que l'on ne fait pas d'habitude. Fouras toujours aussi charmant très fleuri et propre.
