For family holidays, house in the heart of town, a few meters from the shops and the main beach, with a surface area of 94 m² and equipped for 5 people. On the ground floor, entrance hall, living room, closed kitchen, shower room/WC, veranda, one bedroom. Upstairs: landing, 2 bedrooms, a living room, shower room/WC. Enclosed garden. Equipment: vacuum cleaner, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine,... Leisure equipment: TV, WIFI, garden furniture, barbecue, parasol... Sleeping: 2X140, 1X80. TO BE PAID upon arrival: security deposit of €500 for the rental, €150 for the cleaning, and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival: sheets €12 per bed per week, set of 2 bath or beach towels €12 per week, set of 2 bath mats €7 per week, kitchen linen (2 tea towels and 2 hand towels) €7 per week. Cleaning: €150. Pet €30 per stay + a security deposit of €100. The rental is granted for a stay that begins on the day of arrival from 2:30 [hidden] and ends on the day of departure at 10:00 [hidden] at the latest.
