It features a comfortable 20 m² living room, 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with double beds 140x190 cm, each with its own shower and sink, and 1 bedroom with two single beds 90x190 cm), as well as 2 toilets. The fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, etc.) ensures a convenient stay. You will enjoy a courtyard with patio furniture and a cellar (washing machine), ideal for a pleasant and well-organized holiday. The town center and shops are approximately 250 m away, the beach 300 m, the bus station 400 m, the golf course 6 km, and the Saint-Laurent-de-la-Prée train station 6 km. The Rochefort thermal baths are a 15-minute drive away.

PAYABLE upon arrival: 2 security deposits: €500 for the rental, €100 for cleaning, and tourist tax.
OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival:

- Linens: sheets €12 (one flat sheet, one fitted sheet, and two pillowcases) per bed per week, set of two bath or beach towels €12 per week, set of two bath mats €7 per week, kitchen linens (two tea towels and two hand towels) €7 per week.

The rental is for a stay that begins on the day of arrival from 2:30 pm and ends on the day of departure by 10:00 am at the latest.
