About this space
Modern apartment in Fowey with private outside space. Ideally situated, seconds away from the river Fowey and an easy 5 to 10 minute walk to the centre of the town, with its beautiful river views and great bars, restaurants and boutique shops. Within walking distance to a lovely beach and a wide range of water-based activities. Public parking available opposite. Fowey is the perfect base from which to explore Cornwall's vast array of attractions and excellent walking routes.

The space
This self-contained apartment is newly decorated and furnished. It has a tasteful, modern design and features art relating to the local area. With double doors opening from the lounge area onto a private decked area with seating, it is the perfect place to relax after a day enjoying the area. Note please that no barbecues are allowed in the building for safety reasons.
It has a well-equipped kitchen and a new, high-spec bathroom. The bedrooms have views over the communal garden areas and feature comfortable beds with memory-foam mattresses and pure-cotton sheets. The apartment is on the first floor and is accessible via both stairs and a lift. It is worth noting that the second bedroom has a small double bed and is more suited to a single adult or two children. The sofa in the lounge extends to a double temporary bed if required (BEDDING NOT PROVIDED FOR SOFABED, contact us for further information or request).

Guests have private access to the apartment and decking area, as well as access to the communal garden.

Other things to note
The apartment is in a great, central location, seconds away from the river and a 5 minute walk into the centre of Fowey. The walk into town is relatively flat (rare for Fowey, it gets pretty hilly off the central streets!). Parking (paid) is available immediately outside the apartment (again, rare for Fowey!). There is a great ice cream shop a minute from the apartment. Kayaks can be rented across the road from the apartment building. The car and foot ferry to Boddinick and beyond is very easily accessible and you can drive to and from the apartment without the need to go through the town centre.
