Forming the upper part of a newly refurbished Victorian house, this apartment sleeps 6 but can be combined with the 1 bedroom apartment below. Interior designed to exacting standards to form part of our Marners Rock portfolio. Superb master suite on top floor with outstanding views over Fowey, twin/superking bedroom below and an iconic cabin room for the more adventurous young, doubling up as an extra TV room. Glorious kitchen/living room and terrace with lovely river views to Polruan.
The space
Accessed via its own front door, this luxurious apartment provides accommodation for 6, with a lovely open plan kitchen living room benefitting from a multitude of views/aspects over Fowey and from the terrace and living room over to Polruan. There are 3 bedrooms, a master on the top floor with private ensuite bathroom with shower and iconic views from the bath, a further twin/superking on the first floor sharing a shower room with a lovely cabin room designed and crafted by a local artist/cabinet maker to provide a fun "young room" for sleeping, gaming and TV watching. This apartment can be combined with the one bedroom apartment on the ground floor to provide an excellent "multigenerational" holiday house or simply a large holiday home for two families needing their own separate space.
Guest access
The apartment is superbly located on the path down from the main town car park. Whilst luggage drop off is quite easy from an easily accessible road above the property we don't recommend driving to the house although road access is possible for those with limited mobility. Access is easy via road or steps right into the centre of Fowey.
Other things to note
The immediate local area is a conclave of private homes all situated on a private road so we urge our guests to respect the close community that is very typical of Fowey and to not create any unwelcome nuisance to our neighbours.

No parking is provided at the moment but is easily found within 5 mins of the apartment in the main Town Car Park.
