Directly opposite the cottage is a small free car park, where you'll find your own reserved space. From here, a private path winds through mature planting, leading you to the front door. Outside, a generous decking area provides plenty of seating and glorious views over the trees and river.Step inside to a welcoming hallway that opens into a bright, open-plan living space. Unwind in the lounge, gather at the dining table, or cook up a feast in the well-equipped, spacious kitchen. The spacious deck is perfect for dining or lounging while soaking up the sweeping views of the Fowey River and the rolling countryside.On the ground floor, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms, both with king-size beds, and a family bathroom complete with a large walk-in shower. Upstairs, the master suite offers a peaceful retreat, with a luxurious king-size bed, en-suite shower room, single sofa bed and lovely views over the river.Bodinnick is a picturesque riverside hamlet on the east bank of the Fowey Estuary in Cornwall.
