Guest get access to the entire 2nd floor luxury condo and 4 parking spaces on the complex. Guest will also have their own private access to the gated pool area in the summer season. In addition, you will have access to our shoreline on Pistakee Lake to enjoy.

This vacation rental is on the 2nd floor of a future commercial restaurant location. The owner is currently interviewing restauranters to open a fine dining restaurant below at parking lot level. There is currenty NO business in the 1st floor or patrons on the property.

This is a Pet Friendly vacation rental. No more than 2 dogs please. There is a small pet gate area by the entrance.

This home is professionally managed for the property owner. The managers contact info will be in the welcome book upon arrival, and on stand by during the guest stay.

POOL NOTE - The pool is a shared pool when open in the warmer months.

-No unregistered guests — only the number of guests listed in the booking may stay overnight.
-No smoking or vaping inside the home.
-Fireworks not allowed on the property.
-Absolutely no adhesive or hanging on ceilings or walls.

This condo offers its guests barbecue grills and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
