I can not complain!!! Rooms are large, helpful staff, outstanding breakfast, large and clean swimming poolS, sauna, reasonable price. Location is little far away from city center, but we don't have trouble to call Uber to get there for dinners.

Great resort, perfect for visiting the Falls.

This is a beautiful hotel and resort. It's in a good location, just south of the main part of the town and only about 15 mins drive from the airport and 30 mins from the Falls. The resort is spacious and very-well maintained. Room was very comfortable and had all the amenities I expected. There's a lot here, from the pool to a forest-trek and small zoo/aviary. I wasn't here for long, so didn't get to see it all but it's well worth the cost and is an excellent price. Food was great, the Feijoada buffet on Saturdays is exceptional but it's good every day. Breakfast was a wide selection and very nice quality food. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Overall, I would highly recommend this resort, especially if you're staying for a visit to the Falls.

Uncomfortable rooms

Majority of good hotels we have stayed around the world have tea or coffee making facilities, drinking water and Iron press in the room. The room was very cold and our first two nights were very uncomfortable. Finally we had to ask for a heater. Lot of noise in the night, we could hear the noise from the adjacent room also.

Quarto limpo mas muito antigo, precisa de renovação. Café da manhã bom, mas se você espera o mesmo padrão do Bourbon de SP não vai ser nem de perto. Paguei mais caro esperando o padrão igual do que outro hotel, mas a recreação por exemplo no domingo a tarde nos informou não ter outras crianças, meio que não tem programação. Ficamos bem chateados com essa conduta.

Fomos em um grupo de amigos com família e fomos muito bem atendidos. Funcionários proativos e atenciosos com as crianças. Única questão é que notamos diferença de um restaurante para outro, por mais que tenha sido dito que era o mesmo cardápio, notamos pequenas diferenças, sendo que um era melhor do que o outro.
