Reipas, iloinen, avulias ja nuori henkilökunta. Palveli kaikissa asioissa ja selvitti ellei heti tiennyt, esim. Polkupyörävuokraamon, pyöräily ei vielä ollut kovin suosittua, mutta turvallista Brasiliassa ja Argentiinassa, mitta en suosittele Paraguayn puolella, jossa kävimme.
