Guests will be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Cleaning fee: BRL 300 per accommodation, per stay
• Bed sheets fee: BRL 200 per accommodation, per stay

The fees and deposits listed below will be charged at the time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Fee for cooked-to-order breakfast: approximately BRL 30 to 50 for adults, and BRL 15 to 25 for children
• Airport shuttle fee: BRL 54 per person (roundtrip)
• Airport shuttle fee per child: BRL 20 (roundtrip), (from 4 to 12 years old)
• Pet fee: BRL 150 per pet, per stay (maximum BRL 200 per stay)
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Early check-in fee: 30 percent of room rate (subject to availability)
• Late check-out fee: 30 percent of room rate (subject to availability)
• Housekeeping fee: BRL 350 per night
• Crib (infant bed) fee: BRL 50 per stay

• Upon check-in, parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years old are obligated to present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example). For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, the parent must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. If the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People intending to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate prior to traveling for more information.
