Minha estadia foi bem abaixo do esperado. Limpeza do quarto ruim com baratas e incertos no quarto. Chuveiro ruim com pouca água. O pior foi pagar por uma taxa de limpeza e arrumação de R$22,00 e quando cheguei a noite após o dia de trabalho o quarto estava sem arrumar e sem troca de toalhas. No check out fui informado que eu deveria ter solicitado o serviço como não solicitei ele não foi delito, o detalhe é que eu não tive essa orientação no check in. Se eu tive que pagar e não me foi dado a opção caso queira o serviço de arrumação temos a taxa pelo serviço, porque eu tenho que informar que quero a arrumação? Na minha opinião isso é sangrar o cliente o tempo todo. Outro exemplo custo de uma água de 500ml R$9,00. Ou seja tive uma péssima experiencia e não volto nunca mais nesse hotel e olha que venho a Foz do Iguaçu a trabalho a cada 45 dias.
