Rang reception twice, hung up on us because we only speak Australian. Only got out because another guest heard us. Complained to management next day and they didn't care. Avoid this place unless you speak Brazilian.

Nice express hotel with NO GF options breakfast

Nice express hotel well located in quiet area with many options of restaurants. Italo supermarket is at 3 minutes walking. Spacious room with good A/C the washbasin is next to the bed and has no hot water, no hairdryer in the room you have to request at the reception. The options of the breakfast is the same evey day. I requested in advance gluten free options and the representative of the hotel wrote me that I have to pay extra!!! I refused to pay extra because if the breakfast is included in the hotel rate at least they should offer gluten free bread.

Já me hospedei em mais de 10 hotéis em Foz e posso afirmar com propriedade: dentro dessa faixa de valor, não existe comparação. Na verdade, não é uma questão de “melhor ou pior”. A maioria das outras opções nessa mesma média de preço deixa muito a desejar. Este, por outro lado, entrega exatamente o que promete, com organização, limpeza e padrão consistente. Quarto confortável, ambiente tranquilo, tudo muito bem cuidado. Atendimento educado e eficiente. Café da manhã bem servido e compatível com a proposta. Para encontrar algo superior a esse nível, normalmente é necessário investir praticamente o dobro. Aqui o custo-benefício realmente se destaca. Voltarei e recomendo.
