Bom para estadias curtas e visitas a trabalho

O Hotel é novo e está bem estruturado para estadias curtas, estilo executivo, a trabalho, etc. Muito limpo e organizado. Achei bem melhor que concorrentes mais conhecidos desse tipo de hospedagem. Achei que tem pontos a melhorar, porém certamente me hospedaria novamente, dentro desse conceito proposto. Quarto e cama boa, internet razoável, café da manha básico mas honesto. Serviço rápido e de bom atendimento.

Decepcionante

Tinha uma boa expectativa pelas boas avaliações, mas a experiência foi frustrante. Enumero os vários problemas: 1) Ar-condicionado defeituoso durante a madrugada, causando um grande barulho e impedindo o sono. Também ocorreu vazamento de água do mesmo. Pelo menos me arrumaram um outro quarto para poder dormir; 2) Box com vedação ruim, causando acúmulo de água no banheiro; 3) Como era só 1 andar, optei por ir pela escada. Tropecei. Acabei descobrindo depois o motivo: 1 dos degraus é mais alto que os restantes. Nunca tinha visto isso. Precisam consertar, ou pelo menos, sinalizar para evitar acidentes; 4) Serviço de limpeza das mesas no café inexistente. Tive que remover 1 das bandejas sujas para poder tomar café. 5) Isolamento acústico ruim (conseguia ouvir pessoas na recepção, estando eu dentro do quarto no 1o. andar). Nem sequer um pedido de desculpas sobre todo o ocorrido. Creio que a parte da limpeza é facilmente corrigido; já os problemas de infraestrutura são inexplicáveis para um hotel recém-reformado.

Equipe mal treinada e machismo

Quando reservei o Hotel, tentei ser o mais afável o possível. Pois bem, chegamos a noite no hotel e nos colocaram em um quarto com cama de casal. Mal servíamos na cama e o colchão era horroroso! (Peso 54kg e meu marido 70kg) Sugeriram a troca de quarto, eu mais uma vez, amigavelmente fui dar um feedback sobre o quarto, super de boa! Vi que o hotel era novo, é sempre bom ouvir o hóspede do que esperar ele vir aqui reclamar, e foi ai, que a coisa desandou! O cara da recepção (acho que era argentino), ouviu o que eu disse. Até ai, ok! Mas quando ele foi retornar o feedback ele respondeu ao meu marido como se eu não existisse! Tipo anos 1950!! Achamos o fim da picada e fomos embora imediatamente do hotel! Esse tipo de situação (machismo), não pode existir em nenhum lugar, e muito menos em um hotel! Mesmo pq, todos estávamos conversando amigavelmente! Foi extremamente desrespeitoso! O hotel é novo, fica muito bem localizado, a cama é ruim, e o que me parece, é que os quartos do térreo e primeiro andar, tem cheiro de mofo. O quarto 7 tinha bolhas de infiltração. O café da manhã é super básico, mas ok pelo preço! A recepção da noite foi ótima. Mas a da manhã, destruiu qqr experiência boa que poderíamos viver!
