Dirty room and bathroom. Looks like they didn’t clean the room for a year. A lot of insects dead on floor, disgusting sheets (stained and torn), cobwebs and lots of dust on the curtains. Unbelievable!!

Sadly I cannot recommend this hotel.

I arrived at the hotel to find that they had already claimed the full payment from my payment card, without my prior authorisation. I had made the reservation six months previously, using a card that I no longer use, so this caused me an issue. For the record, our room was clean and comfortable, WiFi was workable, the breakfast was decent and the staff were very helpful. I'm afraid that I cannot recommend this hotel because of the payment issue.

Bathroom with to support for towels. The toilet seat of a bad plastic broke, they didn't fiz it although we told them (also abou the absence of towel's hooks. No spare paper toilet. Bathroom door doesn't close, no door handle, latch instead but it was broken. .... Amazing!

Good hotel for a trip to Iguazu

Reception were very helpful. The hotel is located near a supermarket and shopping mall and close to bus stops. It is only about 20 minutes away from the falls

Good value

This was a bargain place to stay in Foz for the night. While it is a bit run-down, it was very clean. There's protected free parking. The location is close to downtown and less-touristy restaurants.

Hostel rather than a 3-star hotel

Located quite far from the city centre but close to the huge shopping mall. Room was clean but very basic and ugly. It's not a 3-star hotel, it should be rated no more than one star. Most of the staff in not English-speaking. "Designer toiletries" mean low quality soap and shampoo. There is no safe/deposit box neither in the room nor at the reception. Anyway, breakfast was good.

A limpeza foi boa, equipe de funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos, café da manhã poderia ter mais opções tipos ovos mexidos, pão de queijo, tortas, pão francês. O ar condicionado era bom, porém pingava na mesa e respingou em algumas coisas que tínhamos mas não levamos em consideração pelo valor cobrado da diária. A televisão estava com controle quebrado e não pegava mais que dois canais locais, as lâmpadas ao lado da cama não funcionavam.

Atendimento muito bom através do Sr. Antônio da recepção. Localização privilegiada. Custo benefício excelente. Limpeza impecável. Poderia ter mais funcionários para o atendimento no café da manhã. Acabaram ficando poucas mesas limpas para sentar e a reposição dos alimentos e bebidas foi insuficiente. Porém no geral aprovei a estadia.
