Poor experience. The whole hotel needs repairs. Almost every single person was as rude as they can be. Insects and cockroaches all over the place.

Very spacious, nice outdoor pool. The gas stove did not work and they tried to fix if unsuccessfully, so we had to eat raw chicken and fries for dinner

Mucho que mejorar

Nosotros habíamos pagado la estadía completa por internet y al llegar nos exigen pagar un “impuesto” de 18 reales que no supe a qué correspondía y además en otro hotel no nos cobraron eso. La segunda noche nos quedamos sin agua en la habitación y además tuve problemas con la puerta de la ducha que se quedó trancada. El desayuno puede mejorar, los jugos son muy artificiales. Lo que realmente vale la pena del hotel es la piscina y el área de juegos.

É um hotel simples, sem luxo mas muito bom. A piscina estava em reforma, mas o clima tbm não pedia um banho de piscina pq estava frio e chuvoso. Café da manhã é bem servido, com alguma variedade, quarto é bom, confortável. Vale muito a pena.

Quarto sem conforto, café da manhã muito tarde, acredito que fazem de propósito para o hóspede sair se Tomar café e economizarem. Janela não abre e o banheiro fede. Nunca mais volto. Foi o pior local onde me hospedei. O colchão onde meus cachorros dormem é maior do que o que eu dormi neste hotel. Nota zero !

Não tivemos uma boa experiência nesse Hotel. Nossa expectativa estava alinhada com as fotos apresentadas que aparentam um hotel melhor do que é na realidade! Nos deparamos com um quarto simples que carecia de muitas reformas e manutenções de coisas que são básicas! Listando alguns problemas posso citar: •uma janela que nem sequer se abria devido ao estado de deterioração do metal (enferrujado) a tal ponto que trancava na esquadria; •O Chuveiro um Termosystem estava com muitos pontos entupidos e saia bem pouca água; •Os pisos tanto do quarto quando do banheiro estavam muito deteriorados, quebrados ou nicados; •No banheiro havia resíduo de cola nas paredes e chão do que restou de um vidro (box), nas paredes várias manchas escuras que ao passar um papel constatei que se tratava de mofo; •Na válvula da descarga se encontrava apenas um botão vazado sem o acabamento... (machucava a mão pra acionar); •No quarto havia apenas uma tomada e longe da cama, ou seja, se tem duas pessoas no quarto precisarão revezar pra carregar o celular e não poderão fazer isso enquanto estão deitadas; •os travesseiros eram extremamente baixos e desconfortáveis; •apesar de ter uma espécie de armário aberto com um varão, não tinha cabides para pendurar as roupas; •A porta de entrada do quarto tinha uma fresta na parte superior o que prejudicava o isolamento do barulho bem como a intimidade dos ocupantes; •O isolamento acústico do quarto (frontal) é horrível, se escuta tudo da rua. (carros, motos).

Precisa de uma reforma.

O atendimento é excelente, mas o local deixa a desejar. O quarto que fiquei era pessimo na questao de tomadas, nao tinham cortinas e entrava muita luz. Primeiro que pedi um quarto, mas nos colocaram em outro.
