Cleanliness is bad, they have ants damage everywhere in the bathrooms had to change the room twice. Ants like crazy amount of ants. They would do nothing (they bit my daughter ) two staff members where like sisters but one was so bad she didn’t want to give me another room card even though we are two adults! No more towels even though i came at night and they had not cleaned my room and when i was like i need towels she said i will mark them on your room (the towels smell bad when clean and are marked with a sharpie yet they’re afraid i might steal them, or maybe just pure wanting to disrespect me) parked my car in a park and dis embark area( my car was a rental i had booked for a month there) and no it wasn’t cheap! So the cars wasnt fined! It was straight up towed and the transport place where it was towed said that it was very strange to have it towed since they only tow repeatedly fined not moved cars, cars blocking entrances or hazardous vehicles. So after getting to pay the tow and deal with the rental company they needed to investigate if it was me who did an offense they would terminate my contract. So they found out that yes i was parked there some one from the hotel chose to call and call to ask them to come claiming the car has been parked there for weeks ( i left the hotel every single day ) and to come remove it!! Told the manager everything decided i need to move out i deserve a refund on the remaining days so i can stay somewhere they refused!!!

Razoável. O teto do banheiro estava com infiltração. Enquanto você usa a bacia sanitária cai água do teto encima de você. Deixaram um papel higiênico usado no banheiro, o secador de cabelo não funcionava, deixaram meu quarto aberto após a limpeza e o café da manhã achei que algumas comidas podiam ser mais saborosas. Fora isso, não temos o que reclamar. A equipe da recepção super atenciosa, deixaram fazer o check-in mais cedo, bem educados e simpáticos, nada a reclamar.

Fiquei no quarto 455, o cartão de acesso a porta não funcionou, teve que trocar , e a porta não abria, tinha que ficar fazendo vários tentativas, o ar só ligou após o funcionário desligar e ligar o disjuntor. A janela fica próxima a uma cobertura de telha de zinco, os aparelhos de ar dos andares acima fica pingando o tempo todo, a noite foi impossível dormir. Solicitei a troca de quarto e fui para 1101 o banheiro com cheiro de esgoto horrível e a porta, só jesus parecia que eu estava tentando arrombar a porta de outro quarto. Falta manutenção. O salão do café da manhã é enorme, mas o café deixa muito a desejar

O hotel é bem velho, mas bem localizado. O quarto tinha pisos soltos. A janela tremia a cada armada do ar condicionado, tive que colocar papel para sanar a folga. O mesmo feito com a porta. O banheiro tinha um vazamento no azulejo, ao lado da privada. A porta do banheiro não trancava e a água não esquentava. Sorte que estava calor. O café da manhã era honesto. Tudo fresco e com reposição constante. Os funcionários gentis, mas tive que reclamar do primeiro quarto oferecido para três pessoas e uma cama, sob a justificativa de que criança não pagava. Neste quarto a louça do banheiro era marrom e o vaso e o bidê estavam manchados. A piscina de adulto bem grande e a de criança com água turva - esbranquiçada. Paguei barato, mas não compensa.

- Recepção - Educados, prestativos, solícitos e simpáticos. - Quarto e Limpeza - Super Limpo, Sem Mofo, quarto amplo e boa estrutura. - Café da Manhã - Padrão de Hotel, super satisfatório. - Área Comum de Térreo - Amplo e Diversificado. - Localização - Quinta vez que vou a Foz e essa foi a Melhor Localização possível para qualquer coisa que optasse a fazer pelo Centro ou CDL. Acesso à Ônibus, Supermercado, Bares, Conveniência, Restaurante, Pizzaria e Shoppings. A 4km da Ponte da Amizade, o Easy Ônibus passa na Av JK e no retorno volta pela Rua Tarobá (as duas são as transversais do Hotel). Único ponto a melhorar: Tv do Quarto os sinais estão com problemas e ficam chuviscando.

Minha experiência no Rede Andrade Hotel Mirante foi razoável, com pontos positivos e outros que precisam de melhoria. A localização é excelente, facilitando muito o acesso aos principais pontos da cidade, sendo um grande diferencial do hotel. Por outro lado, alguns aspectos deixaram a desejar. O ar-condicionado não estava funcionando corretamente, comprometendo o conforto durante a estadia. A água do chuveiro, na maior parte do tempo, ficava entre gelada e morna, não esquentando adequadamente. A televisão possui poucos canais disponíveis. Além disso, notei que alguns pisos do corredor estavam se soltando, e o banheiro apresenta pouca ventilação. No geral, é um hotel bem localizado, porém precisa melhorar na manutenção e na qualidade dos serviços oferecidos para proporcionar uma experiência mais confortável aos hóspedes.

Já utilizamos a Rede por algumas vezes, e gostamos bastante, devido a localização, e custo benefício, mas precisam melhorar a manutenção preventiva principalmente no banheiro. Reforço sobre o site e telefones estarem clonados.
