O hotel possui boa localização, além de apresentar padrões satisfatórios de limpeza e organização. No entanto, minha experiência foi negativamente impactada, principalmente pela postura da equipe de recepção e por questões relacionadas à transparência dos serviços oferecidos. Ao chegar no dia 13/03, cerca de quatro horas antes do horário de check-in, solicitei a possibilidade de deixar minha mochila no quarto enquanto saía para almoçar — uma prática comum em diversos estabelecimentos. Contudo, o pedido foi negado, e minha bagagem permaneceu na recepção. Durante o atendimento, a funcionária interrompeu minha solicitação para priorizar outra hóspede em saída, demonstrando falta de atenção e cortesia. Apenas após perceber meu desconforto, outro funcionário interveio e deu continuidade ao atendimento. No dia seguinte (14/03), ao descer para o café da manhã, fui abordado por uma funcionária informando que o serviço não estava incluído na minha reserva. Reconheço que, por ter realizado a reserva de última hora na região de Congonhas, esse detalhe pode ter passado despercebido. Ainda assim, trata-se de uma informação relevante que poderia ser comunicada com maior clareza no momento do check-in. Considerando o custo-benefício, há hotéis na mesma região, com valores inferiores, que oferecem serviços mais completos e um atendimento mais cordial. Tive uma experiência razoável durante a estadia. O quarto estava limpo no geral, mas quando chegamos encontramos uma amostra de perfume que provavelmente havia sido esquecida por um hóspede anterior, o que dá a impressão de que a conferência final da limpeza poderia ser mais cuidadosa. Alguns recepcionistas nos pareceu um pouco distraídos em alguns momentos, faltando aquele olhar mais atento com os detalhes do atendimento. Por outro lado, o café da manhã foi um ponto bem positivo da estadia: variado, saboroso e bem servido. Os travesseiros eram confortáveis, embora um fosse bem mais alto que o outro, o que pode não agradar a todos. No geral, é um lugar que tem bons pontos, mas que poderia melhorar um pouco mais na atenção aos detalhes e no cuidado da equipe com os hóspedes.
