Excellent

Had a great time at Viale Tower , lovely spacious room was very clean with an excellent maid service. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast with a great choice . A very pleasant stay .

Super Hotel

Wir wurden gleich anfangs gefragt, ob wir lieber ein Zimmer in einer höheren Etage haben wollten. Wir hatten zu zweit ein Zimmer mit zwei Doppelbetten, das Zimmer und auch die Dusche war vergleichsweise riesig. Frühstück war für brasilianische Verhältnisse ganz gut, man muss in Brasilien generell als Deutscher mit Toastbrot und einem sehr kleinen Angebot an Aufschnitt auskommen. Ansonsten gab es viele Früchte, Kuchen, etwas warmes und leckeren kaffee und Säfte. Sogar Joghurt und leckerer Müsli war dabei. Das personal ist eher zurückhaltend - man wird nicht sonderlich herzlich begrüßt oder verabschiedet. Aber es wird auf Wünsche und Probleme eingegangen. Im Foyer ist eine Agentur, bei der man Touren buchen kann. Wir haben für 220 Reais den Transport zur argentinischen Seite der Wasserfälle gebucht, da uns der selbstständige Trip mit fehlenden Sprachkenntnissen zu kompliziert erschien (ist aber sicherlich auch möglich, um Geld zu sparen). Netterweise wurden wir von einem auch englisch sprechenden Fahrer auch noch kostenlos zum geldwechseln gefahren. Wir haben auch im Hotelrestaurant Abend gegessen, was wir sehr empfehlen können. Es waren große Portionen mit frisch gepressten Säften für umgerechnet etwa 12 Euro pro Person. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.
