The distance from the A75 Auto route is less than 10 minutes and the famous resorts at the Mediterranean Sea can be reached within half an hour. The most beautiful lake in the Languedoc, the Lac du Salagou, with many water sports, is located less than 20 minutes away.Garden and terrace: the large area (6000 m2) contains many trees and shrubs, such as: arbousiers, chestnut, olive, mimosa and various fruit trees (figs, pears, apples, blue and yellow mirabelles). The whole area is accessible. The private garden has a large teak dining table (ten people) and heavy teak benches, chairs and stacking chairs, situated under a beautiful tree and mimosa-bushes. The garden is accessible by the first floor terrace (about 25m2) and external staircase or along the ground floor covered terrace (approx. 15 m2). There is a barbecue. Tastefully second terrace with lovely oval teak dining table (six people). Several seats in a natural environment. At night, the illuminated terraces are surrounding the villa. For children there are swings. The swimming pool is located in the vineyard on the south side of the villa, with all day sun, size 11x5 meter, maximum depth of 1.80 metres.
