Hotel is ok. Rooms are outdated. Furniture isn't good. TV to old that the signal didn't work, pitty because it had all cable channels. Bed was good, but the hall is very noisy, so if you can't sleep easy you will hear everything. I used earplugs, so was ok. Travel enough to not forget those :-). It's a good stay over hotel, breakfast is ok etc. Parking was 20rs,but when we left, they gave 2 cold water for the travel, so was a nice gesture.

The outside of the property looks nice, parking is easy and parking staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, the property has no elevators and we only found out after loading the cart with our luggage! The ac does not work and the sink only has 1 temperature working, the other is totally missing the turn on/off handle. Sadly, while this place has potential, one should avoid this place!

O forte do local é a equipe simpática e atenciosa. O ar condicionado não estava funcionando quando cheguei mas o quarto foi trocado e não houve mais problemas. O hotel é mais bonito nas áreas comuns do que nos quartos. Quarto simples, porém limpo. Área de café da manhã, muito bom.

Limpeza do quarto bom porém quando entrei estava um cheiro desagradável como falta de ventilação. Abri a janela para entrar um pouco de ar mas tive que fechar logo pois tinha compromisso. Poderia ter uma pessoa para ajudar a subir as malas pois não há elevador. Pedi uma panqueca no almoço. Veio gelada e a carne salgada. Falta de água no café da manhã. Tivemos que solicitar.

O hotel possui uns Perus que ficam livres, acordamos com o barulho deles logo que amanheceu, entendo que o hotel tem que oferecer conforto e tranquilidade, e não foi isso que aconteceu. Fomos praticamente expulso do café da manhã, pois se você chega próximo ao horário de fechamento eles não esperam você terminar o café e já vão retirando as comidas. O hotel não possui elevador e nem ajudante de bagagem, portanto de você esta com malas pesadas terá que levá-las até os quartos subindo ou descendo escadas.
