Enjoy the modern, spacious and cozy atmosphere in our large Baumkrone holiday apartment, with a direct view of the national park. With its 140 square meters, it is a true oasis of wellbeing for up to 6 people. Relax with a beautiful Roman in the reading room or with a nice movie in the spacious living room (satellite TV, DVD and stereo system available). It is also possible for your friends to share your impressions and experiences about your relaxing and eventful holiday (W- Lan available). On the balcony you can enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings. The fully equipped kitchen with fridge / freezer combination, dishwasher, built-in stove with ceramic hob, coffee machine, microwave, kettle and toaster leaves nothing to be desired. In the dining area of the large living room you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner in a cozy atmosphere. The comfortably furnished bedrooms, each with a double bed, promise a quiet and relaxing night. With an occupancy of up to 4 people, our little holiday guests can use the third bedroom as a playroom. A small cot is also available. Take a quick shower or take a nice relaxing bath, that is all possible in the spacious bathroom and in the shower room with an additional toilet. Enjoy the sun's rays on the lawn or on the terrace in the garden. Our little guests can now enjoy their vacation with the provided toys, in the play tower with slide and sandpit in the garden, on the large courtyard, playing table tennis in the garage or on the neighboring lawn with trampoline and soccer goals. A few minutes by car from the Edersee, directly at the UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Kellerwald-Edersee National Park, in the National Park village of Altenlotheim is our holiday home. You have the choice between our three comfortably and lovingly furnished apartments "Baumkrone", "Kellerwald" and "Wiesengrund". The apartments are each equipped with two or three separate bedrooms for 4-6 people. Each apartment has a balcony or Terrace.  A large garden with additional terraces, barbecue area and lawn are available. The most beautiful hiking and cycling trails are right on the doorstep. They lead through dreamy forest landscapes and quiet meadow valleys, past clear springs and lead directly through the national park to the Edersee. Children are welcome: The vacation homes "Baumkrone" and "Wiesengrund" are equipped with an additional play room. Other play opportunities such as a play tower with a slide and sandpit, table tennis, trampoline and soccer goals are in the garden. An adventure playground is about 100 m from the apartments. General information: -Free WiFi indoors and outdoors -Our holiday house has a lounge. Here you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner together with your family or friends in a cozy group of up to 15 people. (Use is chargeable). A laundry room with washing machine and dryer is also available in the house.
