This newer hotel was clean and nice. It’s close to the Frankenmuth downtown area (several blocks, maybe you could walk there in the summer). There is a pool and breakfast.

Room was immaculate! All very new and very very clean. Also very spacious and the furnishing and fixtures nice and modern. The only negative was the breakfast. Hotel was full I think when we stayed, and when we came down for breakfast there was no room to sit. That no big deal in itself - we were going to grab something and take it back up to the room, but and there was also very little food, had to hunt for a plate, no glasses for juice. Staff were not replenishing fast enough. We left to have breakfast somewhere else. Not a big deal, but when ostensibly you’ve already paid for breakfast it’s irritating. Everything else great tho.

Staff was very unsettling!! Calling me to confirm prior to arriving or they will cancel because they are a full house and not even half the hotel was occupied. Entered my room found 2 backpacks and a scarf in the room that was supposed to be mine! Staff didn’t have a explanation and didn’t do nothing about it besides picking up the items when I called the front desk. Never had such a bad experience in Frankenmuth like this place before

The place was nice but only 1 cart for luggage…really! There could have been a better breakfast variety. I’m not sure what the round things were and the fried egg. My hubby only likes scrambled and that’s pretty common but not at your place. I would stay here again.

Room was clean and modern, Alexander was efficient and welcoming at the front desk, there is a nice area to sit in the lobby and watch tv/have a coffee. Lots of parking, close to everything, would definitely stay here again.
