The atmosphere of the hotel was beautiful, staff are so welcoming and friendly. They were knowledgeable and helpful in offering us suggestions of sites to see and places to eat. They had umbrellas, hair dryer, iron and ironing board which one needs on holiday. Having a mini fridge in the room was great so we could have additional drinks we could keep cold. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Frankenthal.

Very aged and needs some TLC and updating. Rooms look old, carpet stained. No fridge. No coffee in morning. Person in restaurant said you must buy the 22Euro breakfast to get coffee. Front desk said you have to go to restaurant for coffee. Parking charges per use so you pay just to pull out for dinner.

Räume nicht klimatisiert

Für ein Hotel auf diesem Niveau würde ich erwarten, dass die Zimmer klimatisiert sind. Bei Außentemperaturen von 38 Grad, hatte es im Zimmer kontinuierlich über 30 Grad. insbesondere aufgrund der architektonischen Bauweise mit den Fensterfronten rundherum Es war kaum auszuhalten.

Zimmer sind sehr geräumig. Zimer sind sauber. Hotel ist sehr schön . Frühstück ist sehr gut und Service hervorragend. Ausblick ist wunderschön. Der Service des Personals ist hervorzuheben. Die lage ist gut. Zum Zentrum ist es nicht weit. Auch der Bahnhof ist leicht zu Fuß zum erreichen. Das Hotel ist meinerseits zu empfehlen. Komme gerne wieder. Nochmals ein grosses Dankeschön an das Personal. Besonders an das Frühstücks Personal.

Victor‘s Residence ist ein gutes Mittelklasse-Hotel in architektonisch interessantem Stil. Die Zimmer sind eher einfach; Bäder beengt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parken pro Nacht auf Parkplatz/Parkhaus kostet € 14,00. Alles in allen ist das Hotel empfehlenswert, da zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegen.

Außergewöhnliches Hotel in der Nähe unserer Partyloc - Ladestation in Fussweite, Kunsthotel ebenfalls (nur nachmittags geöffnet) Toller Blick beim Frühstück, Super Service. Keine Klimaanlage, aber es war auch ein sehr heißer Tag (>30 Grad)

Leider gibt es nur wenig Parkmöglichkeiten.Die Parkplätze die es am Hotel gibt sind zu teuer. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich, frisch und gut. Der Straßenlärm war laut und störend in der Nacht.
