High above blue waters, this renovated cottage offers sweeping views of Crystal Lake and beyond. A charcoal grill, picnic table, bonfire ring, and ample lawn seating allow guests to readily enjoy the great outdoors. Beaches, bike trails, and downtown Frankfort are all within a stone's throw from the cottage. A well equipped kitchen makes for easy food prep, and a spacious sunroom provides added space for relaxing indoors with a view. This Northern Michigan location is truly one-of-a-kind!

It is the stunning panoramic views of Crystal Lake, Sleeping Bear Dunes, and even Lake Michigan that make this an exceptional base for a relaxing getaway. Hill Hideaway is peacefully tucked away in a semi-private cul-de-sac where there are four neighboring homes, each with their own distinct outdoor area. With a remote location feel, yet close proximity to Frankfort (5 min drive), guests can easily explore the area and retreat to this welcoming cottage.

The cottage is designed with families in mind: this home can sleep 5 comfortably with designated beds. The first bedroom has a queen bed with nightstands on each side, and the second bedroom's bunk bed has an XL twin perched above a queen: perfect for three children, or adventurous adults. A chest filled with games and puzzles entertains on rainy days or evenings, and the kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, drink ware, pots and pans, and modern appliances.

Star gazing is a summertime favorite at this property with a dark sky overhead. The northern lights make occasional mid-night appearances, if one is awake to spot them!

Guests have access to the entire cottage, front yard patio, side yard with seating, lawn space, and circular parking area. The shared gravel driveway is approximately 1/4 mile long. There is parking space for up-to three vehicles, and the circular parking area may be enough room for those with a boat trailer. Self check-in is via key-code at the front door.

PLEASE NOTE:

- No Air Conditioning (AC). Cool nights, lake breezes, and pedestal fans typically keep guests comfortable while sleeping.
- Beach towels are not provided.
- The enclosed shower is very small, which may be challenging for some.
- Smart TV - Guests will need to login/out of their own accounts.
-Firewood not guaranteed! Please plan to purchase your own at nearby roadside stands or convenience stores.
