The hotel itself is clean, convenient to the Expressway (661) and within walking distance to the city of Offenbach and just across the bridge from Frankfurt am Main. The staff is accommodating, courteous, friendly, and ever so helpful. The area is still under construction and the main street is busy so it can get a little loud, but no so much one can not sleep. The hotel is kept clean and well organized. What I like the most is from time-to-time you can get a real 'Deal' on an overnight stay in what should be a 4-Star hotel. This has become my 'Go-to' hotel whenever I am in Frankfurt am Main in Germany.

Het personeel zeer vriendelijk en ontbijt perfect. Vandaar 3 sterren, maar de omgeving vreselijk, je kijkt tegen een bouwput aan, weinig parkeerplaatsen en de kosten om electrisch te laden 40 euro per lading extra. Waarom? Het hotel bevindt zich op een klein stukje grond tussen de hoge flats. Erg slechte ligging.

Schönes Zimmer für einen Businessaufenthalt. Kostenlose Minibar mit drei Getränken und im Flur waren noch verschiedene Möglichkeiten zu "naschen" (kostenfrei). Bademantel auf dem Zimmer. Frühstück war auch gut. Insgesamt weiter zu empfehlen.

Freundliche Rezeptions-MA, ordentliche Zimmer und Bäder, überall sehr guter, freundlicher Service, gutes Frühstücksbuffet, gut für „Spätheimkehrer“ - die Bar ist bis ca. 0:30 geöffnet. Liegt günstig- Ffm Bankenviertel & alte Oper nur ca. 20 Autominuten entfernt. ÖPNV auch möglich, Haltestellen in der Nähe. Wer es ruhig mag kann die schallisolierenden Fenster schließen. Viele Grüße an Otto, den freundlichen Wachhund. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Réservé un chambre confort 1 lit double. Une chambre avec un lit simple m’a été attribué. J’en informe la réceptionniste (antipathique qui préfère papoter avec sa collègue) qui me dit que cela est normal parce que je suis seul et que cela est une erreur d’Hotels.com. J’ai donc passé ma nuit dans une chambre lit simple, réservé et payée pour un lit double. Arnaqué!
