The hotel was extremely dirty, and the staff were unfriendly. It’s located in a very rough and noisy neighborhood in Frankfurt, on a street that is also quite dirty. I strongly advise being cautious before booking, as my experience was very disappointing.

Great location close to train station. Friendly staff and large room. Comfortable bed and quiet at night. The actual building looks nothing like the Orbitz picture so be aware. One lamp in room missing lampshade but otherwise good room. I’d definitely stay here again.

A great location near restaurants, train station, shopping and tourist sights. Staff in the hotel were top notch. Our room was a studio and very comfortable. The shower drain did have a bad sewer smell, which we notified the front desk about. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

For the purposes of my trip, the location of the hotel was perfect. I've stayed here several times so I guess that in itself is a recommendation. The area is adjacent to the main station, so unsurprisingly you may find some interesting characters on the streets.
