Good for one night sleep if your flight change or if you have business around the area Nothing around it not even a grocery Nothing in the room ( No fridge, no water, no iron board, even no phone since hotel is self service with no front desk)

I did not like that the shuttle only operates at certain times. Also, I didn’t like having to check myself in and out without assistance even though I asked for help from the person there. I also didn’t like that they did not take cash on cards. So I was charged several international fees.

Avoid, slow shuttle far from Frankfurt

The airport shuttle only runs once and hour and is unreliable at best. It was delayed both times we used it. The room smelled horribly of smoke and we had to move to a new room. The second room had no shampoo, soap, or air conditioning. The room was hot even though it advertised AC. Staff at hotel was rude and did not pick up phone or reply to you via the app. I would avoid.

The shuttle service is not working. The shuttle didn't show up at the designated time and we waited one extra hour. I booked this hotel because of the shuttle service which didn't work. Also the check-in process was terrible. The system didn't work and it took forever to check-in. This is a basic hotel to stay only for one night and get back to the airport.

Not what I expected after reading their promotional material. Was further from the airport, extra fees were tacked on, and very little service. The check in was all done on a self service computer console at the front desk, and not very user friendly. No meal service at the restaurant. No explanation of how to activate the power/lights in the room. No real person to talk to and ask questions. Not a place I would book again.

Convenient self check-in option

I was surprised that there is no central desk when you arrive, rather a series of individual computers where you check yourself in, including picking up and activating your own keycard. I’m not a big fan of computers replacing jobs, but this was easy to do and someone did walk over and ask if I needed help while checking in. You can do the check-in in German or English (I didn’t notice if other languages were available). A sign is clearly posted at check-in with all the airport shuttle times, and the shuttle is there when it says it will be. The room was modern and comfortable, though I couldn’t figure out how to adjust the thermostat and it was slightly warm.

Nice renovated hotel with good breakfast and parking a short walk away. In industrial area but quiet. Nice bathroom.

This was a super convenient hotel - its in an industrial type area, but close to the airport - the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the AC wasnt' working, but that is an isolated incident. The airport shuttle is very handy, the breakfast buffet was good, and the restaurant with brewpub attached was excellent !!
