Our room wasn't ready as expected, so they gave us a suite! Unfortunately, there was some construction noise at some times, but it didn't last and it was not their fault. It was actually the building beside that caused the noise. The hotel is eclectic, with friendly staff (Christine and Louis) at reception and others along the way. The breakfast is good, but we weren't told that the kitchen prepares eggs/omelets. We figured it out on our third day. The location is amazing to visit the Christmas Markets! We recommend this hotel

This hotel is new, and absolutely beautiful! The staff is superb! They are all absolutely the best! They helped with directions, arranged transportation and offered suggestions on what to do. I recently spent a quick weekend in Frankfurt and stayed at the newly opened Kimpton — a true gem in the city. The hotel’s Bauhaus-inspired design is stunning, with beautiful touches like the green marble throughout the space. Every corner felt like stepping into a stylish 1920s dreamscape. The location is incredibly convenient — just steps from the metro, making it easy to explore the city. Juyong, who checked us in, was incredibly kind. He welcomed us with warmth and enthusiasm, even giving a mini design tour by pointing out subtle, fun details we might have missed. Throughout our stay, he remained friendly and helpful — it felt like having a friend at the front desk. This was my second time in Frankfurt, and thanks to our stay at the Kimpton, it was far more memorable and enjoyable than my last visit. Finding the right hotel really makes all the difference.
