I booked this property the day before arrival for the night of Dec 21 to 22. When I arrived, the property was locked and dark, there was a sign at the lobby door that the property disclosed until early January. I had to find another hotel at 9pm. I checked a day later and the property was still listed as available. Don't know if it is Mercure 's or Expedia's fault! Very disappointed by the service, of course!

A notre arrivée (19h30) la chambre avait été oubliée et donc non faite, de plus la climatisation de l’hotel ne fonctionnait pas et depuis un long moment apparemment, ils ne la mettent tout simplement plus visiblement… En compensation le parking nous a tout de même été offert mais en devant bien vérifier que l’information a bien été transmise à la personne prenant le relais à l’accueil… Pour le petit déjeuner, c’est correct, mais ça reste ordinaire… Pour un hotel Mercure 4 étoiles ce n’est pas au niveau !

Die Zimmer waren nicht wirklich sauber und die Einrichtung im Zimmer ziemlich alt und kaputt im Bad riecht es modrig. Das Frühstück war okay der Speck war nicht durch. Die Tiefgarage eine Zumutung 19€ als Hotel gast für einen Stellplatz für 24 Stunden. Die Garage stinkt.
