Super renoviertes Hotel im Gewerbegebiet

Sehr umgängliches Personal, das den Gast bestmöglichst unterstützt. Die Zimmer sind super renoviert. Super bequemes Bett, kleine Sitzgruppe, Klimaanlage, schöner Fußboden und gut ausgestattetes Bad sind vorhanden. Das Frühstück wird leider extra berechnet. Sonst wäre das Hotel unschlagbar!

Ich hatte einen schönen Aufenthalt im Michel Hotel Frankfurt Airport. Das Personal vor Ort ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Mein Zimmer war sehr sauber! Das Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant war sehr lecker!!!! Bei nächsten Aufenthalt in Rüsselsheim werde ich das Hotel wieder reservieren. Danke für den tollen kurzen Aufenthalt. :)

Das Personal im Hotel ist hilfsbereit und Sauberkeit der Zimmer ist auch gegeben. TV Gerät hat nicht funktioniert, daher etwas Punktabzug an dieser Stelle.

Close to the airport. Plenty of parking and checkin was easy. Bar was open, but the restaurant was not on a Sunday. Room was spacious, but not many amentities. No coffee/tea in room or mini bar. Breakfast was okay. Fake scrambled eggs with bacon, sausage, and real boiled eggs, along with deli meats, cheese, yogurt, and breads. I recommemd for one overnight stays for the airport, but anything more than one night would be uncomfortable and inconvenient.

Large clean rooms, excellent location for me in proximity to the airport so I usually stay here when I arrive or depart from Frankfurt Airport. Only thing missing is air conditioning. I would recommend this hotel for its nice rooms, excellent service and good location,

Es war ziemlich enttäuschend als wir angekommen sind. Das Zimmer war nicht geputzt und es lagen gebrauchte Tücher im Badezimmer und die Toilette wurde auch nicht gespült. Als ich mich beim Personal gemeldet habe, kam eine Entschuldigung und die Info, dass neue Tücher gebracht werden. 20 Minuten später (!!) kommt ein junger Mann, klopft an die Tür und gibt mir drei Tücher ohne mich wirklich anzuschauen, da er in einem Gespräch mit einer anderen Frau war. Keine Entschuldigung, kein Kommentar, gar nichts. Ich war sehr enttäuscht!

Kein überzeugendes Hotel zu unangemessenem Preis

Zu wenig Personal und ineffiziente Prozesse am Empfang (gleichzeitige Bedienung der Gäste im Restaurant) führt zu extrem langen Wartezeiten. Personal bemüht, aber weitestgehend überfordert. Zustand und Sauberkeit des Badezimmers deutlich verbesserungswürdig Fön nicht funktionsfähig und wurde trotz Anmerkung nicht repariert. Wenig schöne Lage im Gewerbegebiet mit schlechter ÖPNV-Anbindung und der Zusatz "Frankfurt Airport" ist selbstredend ein Euphemismus.

Leider war das 1. Zimmer sehr dreckig, überall lagen Krümmel und tote Fliegen, staubig und unsauberes Bad. Als wir das Zimmer wechseln dürften, war das zweite Zimmer sauberer. Leider war dennoch überall staubig aber besser wie im 1. Zimmer. Im Großen und Ganzen war das Hotel ok. Für eine Übernachtung reicht es. Für mehrere Tage nicht empfehlenswert.

Comfortabel rustpunt onderweg naar het zuiden

Langs de A3 richting zuiden een plek om even te relaxen, hotel biedt heel veel voor het betaalde bedrag, ligt in een bedrijvig gebied maar dat geeft geen onrust in de ochtend.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Das Hotel bietet große, geräumige Zimmer. Während meines Aufenthalts waren sehr wenige Gäste da, das Hotel also auch sehr ruhig. Der Preis war sehr günstig. Insgesamt daher ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhätlnis. Das Frühstücksbuffet kostet 12 Euro und ist auch sehr zu empfehlen. Die Lage direkt an der Autobahn-Auffahrt Rüsselsheim Mitte ist verkehrsgünstig.
